I’ve had barbecue from all over the U.S., but nothing has come close to what Lew’s serves up. Every bite was packed with deep, smoky flavor, perfectly balanced seasoning, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The brisket? Unbelievable—juicy, with that perfect bark and just the right amount of smoke. The ribs fell right off the bone, and the pulled pork was so flavorful it didn’t even need sauce (though his house-made sauce is incredible). Even the sides were top-notch—mac and cheese that’s rich and smoky with a little crunch, the best collard greens I’ve ever had with pot liquor that I wish I could’ve drank on the side and cornbread that tastes like it came straight out of the South. Oh, and the sweet tea, it’s the best sweet tea you’ll ever have... bar none. Beyond the food, the people at Lew’s make the experience even better. Lew and his wife are an amazing, sweet, and kind hearted couple. The service is warm and welcoming, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into everything they do. This is the kind of BBQ that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is. If you’re anywhere near Everett, do yourself a favor and get to Lew’s BBQ. It’s not just good—it’s life-changing BBQ, and you’re going to be planning your next trip back.

The little Red shack by the train tracks, known as lews BBQ, might look small on the outside but it's big flavor and big service on the inside! Tried the sample plate which was great, also the fact they offer sampler plates is a plus! Good food and good service!

Thus place is so good! Lew, the owner, knows what he is doing. The collard greens were just right. It wasn't very busy at the moment I was there, so we talked about life and just hung out. Definitely will be going back, and bringing friends.

First off, for anyone saying the portions are small- its homemade bbq food, and you got high quality meats. Never had bad food from here, been a fan for almost 8 years. Sampled their entire menu, good preferences for every taste. Lew will always have a good take on life too, willing to chat and get to know his neighbors.

Best BBQ of my life. Its not too often in life we get to experience a master of their craft. From the moment I walked in the door I could feel the years of passion and effort that Lew has put into his food and business. Before he even spoke I saw a man as the master of his domain standing patiently and humble. A business owner and creator who has seen a hundred winters by the look in his eyes. Unsurprisingly the food was sensational with soft fall off the bone ribs and the perfect tang to the hot sauce without being overpowering. The collard greens where fresh and healthy and I can honestly say this was a true spiritual experience as a fellow business owner. Thankful to have stopped in on my way home and will now be going out of my way at every opportunity to return. Thanks Lew!

Been wanting to try this place out for as long as I can remember.. it did not disappoint. I regret not coming here sooner. We got the rib dinner plate and big papa sandwich, couldn’t decide which I loved more. The greens, potato salad, and macaroni were all tasty. And I highly recommend trying their sweet tea that they make!! I’ll be back.

I scarfed the pulled pork sandwich down. Inhaled it. Have been looking for great BBQ in the area. Found it. Don’t go anywhere else. I cannot wait to come back to try the brisket and all the sides.

Had brisket and pulled pork here. It was excellent. I didn't have any sides but the meats were lean and flavorful. Will definitely be back here.
